Description

Easy cream cheese and salsa dip that is super flavorful and quick to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (you can also use reduced fat if you prefer), softened
  • 16 oz. jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1-2 cups cooked black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Scoops Tortilla chips or crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the salsa and cream cheese until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. If serving immediately, stir in the cheese and black beans. Otherwise, place in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
  3. Just before eating, stir in the cheese and optional black beans.
  4. Dip and repeat.
