Pulled Pork Sandwiches Ingredients

- slow cooker
- small rolls or buns
How To Make Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Making pulled pork sandwiches is super easy! First, place a boneless pork roast into your slow cooker. Cook on low 5 to 7 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Adjust the time as necessary.
Once the meat is cooked all the way through (reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F), drain the liquid and shred the pork. Return to slow cooker and turn to warm.
One hour before serving, pour your favorite BBQ sauce on top of the shredded pork. Mix and let it heat all the way through.
Serve on mini slider rolls and top with a DIY sandwich pick. If you have a Costco membership, you can grab 3 dozen rolls for under $5. That makes it affordable to feed a big group!

Freezing Instructions
If you plan to make this easy dinner recipe ahead of time, you can simply freeze the cooked meat until you are ready to serve.
Let the meat cool slightly before freezing, place in a freezer safe container or bag and freeze.
To reheat, let the pulled pork thaw slightly and place in a slow cooker to warm up thoroughly for a few hours.
