Delicious 7-layer bean dip that’s perfect for Cinco de Mayo and parties! Make it in mini cups for personalized portions or in a 9×9 dish.
- 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2–3 ripe avocados or already made guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. salsa, heat of your choise
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 3 oz. chopped olives
- Tortilla chips
Rinse and drain the black beans.
If using avacados, peel and mash until it becomes guacamole.
For individual servings, layer in a small clear, plastic cup in this order: black beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, and olives.
Place a few chips in the top for garnish. Serve with an additional bowl of chips.
For a 9×9 dish, layer all ingredients in the same order.
If you prefer refried beans, feel free to sub out the black beans.
