INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE:
- 6 avocados
- 2 cans RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- juice from 1 lime
- ½-1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- blue corn tortilla chips
HOW TO MAKE THE EASY FRANKEN-GUAC PARTY CUPS
Step 1- Shop for the ingredients.

Step 2- Peel and pit the avacados and then place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Using a fork or potato masher, mash until your desired chunkiness.
Step 3-Dump 2 cans RO*TEL Tomatoes & Green Chilies into a fine strainer.
Once strained, dump into the bowl with mashed avocados.
Step 4: Stir until mixed. Then sprinkle in diced onions and juice from 1 lime.
Finally, season with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper until taste.

Make guacamole more festive for Halloween by making these fun Frankenguac cups!
- 6 ripe avocados
- 2 cans (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper
- blue corn tortilla chips
- Peel and remove the pit from the avocados.
- Place them in a medium bowl and mash until just slightly chunky.
- Stir in drained tomatoes, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Spoon ½ cup guacomole into an 8 oz. clear cup with a Frankenstein face drawn on the front with a permenant market. Top with blue corn chips.
