Simple & Fresh Peach Dessert- No-Bake Fresh Peach Crisp Dessert

The Best Fresh Peach Dessert Recipe

It’s peach season! We’ve been making all of our favorite peach recipes lately, including my mom’s amazing Frozen Fruit Salad

I’ve been doing a #nosugar challenge for the past month and half and it’s been easy until I realized I would have to miss out on this. My favorite Fresh Peach Dessert.

Fresh Peach No-Bake Dessert, aka Peach Torte is a classic recipe from my sister-in-law.  She made this when my husband and I were dating and it’s been a favorite ever since! I love the combination of fresh peaches, oatmeal, and a light vanilla mousse.

The fresh taste makes me want to eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And because it’s relatively healthy, I wouldn’t feel so bad if I did! Except that it has some sugar. So I’ll have to wait to partake until my challenge is over.

Another reason why I love this dessert is because it’s quick and simple to make! Since you make it in a 9×13 pan, you’ll have a dessert to feed a crowd in no time.

What you need:

  • Butter, brown sugar
  • Oatmeal
  • Fresh peaches
  • Vanilla pudding mix
  • Cool whip
  • Milk

Just a few simple steps to make this Fresh Peach Dessert

  1. Start by making an oatmeal no-bake crust. After the crust is pressed firmly into a 9×13 pan, slice up as many fresh peaches as your heart desires. The more the merrier!
  2. Next, layer the peaches on top of the crust.
  3. Lastly, spread a rich vanilla mousse over top of the peaches and crust, giving it the perfect topping.
  4. Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve! For best results, eat within a day or two of making it, as the crust can get soggy after a while!

Tip: If you don’t need an entire pan of this goodness, (not sure why you wouldn’t because it’s that good!), you can make individual servings in small ramekins.
