The school year is quickly coming to an end and we’re getting all geared up for summer around here. We can’t wait for warmer weather, swimsuits, sprinklers, and fireflies. I always think it’s fun, if I have the time, to put something together for my boys to give their classmates as a little goodbye gift before they part ways for the summer. I found these ice cream poppers for cheap at our local craft store and whipped up a little printable to go with it that I thought I’d share with you today.
What you need:
- small treat bags
- ice cream popper toys
- a paper punch
- the printable
- some string or twine
This one’s so easy it hardly needs an explanation. Just print out the tags. Cut them out and punch a hole at the top. Pop a toy in each bag and tie on the tag. Let your kid sign their name on each one and you’re all set. Their friends will love it, and it will be a fun and festive kick-off to summer.
