These mini Mayflower Thanksgiving favors will be a hit at your Thanksgiving dinner.
Mini Mayflower Thanksgiving Favors
If you want a Thanksgiving favor that is a little more sophisticated for adults, how about these Mini Mayflower Thanksgiving favor nut cups? This was also a last minute favor I whipped up Thanksgiving morning last year. Why do I always wait until the last minute? Maybe because that's when my best ideas come!
Anyways, thanks to my Silhouette machine, I cut out and assembled over 10 of these mini Mayflowers quickly. And thank goodness that candied almonds were a quick make as well.
You could fill these mini Mayflower Thanksgiving favors with any sort of nut, popcorn, or candy, but I opted for these Cinnamon Roasted Almonds that I make every Thanksgiving because they are always a hit.
Just look at those. You'll notice some of the mini Mayflowers weren't as full of almonds as others. That's because yours truly kept eating them. Silly me.
Supplies Needed
- Silhouette machine
- 3d boat template from the Silhouette Design store
- blue cardstock
- brown cardstock
- candied almonds, other nuts or candy (Cinnamon Roasted Almonds recipe)
- skewers
- double sided tape
Adorable Thanksgiving Place Settings
These mini Mayflowers make a cute place setting! Place one on each plate and let each guest snack from the boats until the turkey is ready. Aren't those mini mayflowers just so cute? I was pretty pleased! And I did get some smiles. Which is always a bonus!
Have a great Thanksgiving!

I'm not sure how I stumbled on your website- but I was friends with Kristin growing up and it caught my eye. I love it! My kids are about the same ages as yours and I love your ideas and have used quite a few of them now with my own little ones! I love how fun the things shared here are to do- and how do-able and relatively simple they are! I feel like it's stuff that enriches life, and doesn't burden it (like so many of the over-the-top things I see on pinterest) Thank you so much for putting this together and sharing your wonderful ideas here. I loved your post on traditions- and I agree with everything you wrote.
