Easy and quick overnight oats with peanut butter and banana.


Units Scale
  • 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (more or less to taste)


  1. In a small bowl, mash the banana. Stir in peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Add in honey, chia seeds and cinnamon.
  3. Pour in milk and rolled oats. Stir until combined.
  4. Place in an air-tight container and pop in the fridge.
  5. The next morning, enjoy your quick oatmeal breakfast!


For basic overnight oats, combine 1 cup oatmeal plus 1 cup almond milk. Stir together and place in the fridge. In the morning, stir in berries, chia seeds, sweetener of choice or other toppings you would like.
