Since Thanksgiving is just around the corner, I thought I’d share our favorite Pie Crust recipe in case you are one of those people who like to make pie crusts from scratch.
I’d normally post my mom’s since that is what I have used up until we discovered this amazing one from Mel’s Kitchen Cafe. I like this because it uses butter instead of shortening and the flavor is just perfect.
We made an apple pie on Labor Day with this pie crust recipe and instantly fell in love! I’m never going back. (Unless of course I just don’t have the time and then a frozen pie crust will work just fine. )
