100% Whole Wheat Pancakes
Description
Light and fluffy whole whole wheat pancakes. Make a double batch and freeze the extras for an easy breakfast!
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ground wheat flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
- Mix liquid ingredients together first.
- Add in dry ingredients.
- Cook on a hot skillet. Flip after it bubbles and light brown.
