Quick Teriyaki Chicken Bowtie Pasta Salad

Looking for a quick meal or side dish? This Quick Teriyaki Chicken Bowtie Salad is amazingly simple…and simply amazing.

Quick Teriyaki Chicken Bowtie Pasta Salad

You probably already know that I’m a HUGE fan of pasta salads. Remember my go-to Easy Spinach Tortellini Salad ? That one is still an all-time favorite, but when I was introduced to this Bowtie Pasta, well, it’s become a new favorite as well!

I find any excuse I can to make this. We’ve served it at a big dinner party, a small luncheon, and we even made it on our recent vacation to the beach.

It’s flavorful and filling, yet still light. A perfect go-to recipe for summer! I could seriously eat this every night. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

What You Need:

I usually use the following ingredients:

  • 16 oz. bowtie pasta
  • spinach
  • mandarin oranges
  • honey roasted peanuts or cashews
  • green onions
  • teriyaki marinated chicken

However, there have been plenty of times when I haven’t had green onions or honey roasted nuts. And sometimes, I’m not feeling meat, so I leave the chicken out. Of course, the salad is amazing when you include everything, but if you are missing a few ingredients, don’t let that stop you from making this amazing salad.

Seriously, look at the goodness! Who wants to come to dinner?

Here’s The Recipe!
