When we did this, we just set out chips, salsa chicken, taco beef, beans, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, etc and let everyone make their own gourmet nachos! The prep was easy and came together quickly! ——————— For the salsa chicken, just throw a few chicken breasts in the slow cooker with 1 cup of your favorite salsa and cook on high for about 4 hours. Then shred!!
