Ingredients

- 1 cup red lentils
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 3 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 can diced Italian tomatoes (or plain and add spices)
- sauteed onions
- chopped carrots
- minced garlic
Instructions
- Saute onions, carrots, and garlic for a few minutes.
- Throw everything into a crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.
- Serve with pita bread, olives, grapes, and sparkling cider for a simple Passover dinner.
