Brown Sugar Muffins

Description
Brown sugar muffins everyone loves!
Ingredients
- ½ cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add in egg and vanilla and mix until creamy.
- Stir in flour, milk and soda until well combined.
- Pour into muffin tins lined with papers. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
