EASY RASPBERRY HONEY BUTTER RECIPE
What's better than honey butter? Raspberry honey butter!
When my first son was born, this wonderful lady in my neighborhood brought a loaf of freshly made bread and a jar of raspberry honey butter.
I have never liked honey butter in my life. But, this was different.
Luckily, she shared the recipe with me and I'm so happy to share it with you!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound real butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup raspberry jam (not freezer jam)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY BUTTER
- Use an electric mixer to whip the butter for a few minutes, until it is light and fluffy.
- Stir in honey and whip for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the raspberry jam and vanilla.
- Whip one more minute until everything is combined.
- Spread over rolls or bread. Or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
This recipe for raspberry butter not only makes a tasty spread for homemade rolls or bread at Thanksgiving dinner, but like I said, is perfect for a quick, homemade gift for new moms or someone who could use a pick-me-up.

Raspberry Honey Butter
- Yield: 3-4 cups 1x
Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Whip the butter for a few minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
- Then add honey and whip for another few minutes.
- Add in the raspberry preserves and vanilla.
- Whip another minute so that everything is mixed well.
