Easy and yummy banana oatmeal cupcakes that can be made with a toddler!
This summer, I found a healthy cookie recipe that was easy enough for my 16-month old boy to make. He made a mess, but it was worth the memory! He felt so grown up mashing the bananas and mixing.
And then we baked them and had a nice afternoon snack. Actually, we ate them for lunch since they are healthy, except the chocolate chips. But a little chocolate won’t hurt anyone, will it?
Healthy Banana Oatmeal CookiesPrint
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- chocolate chips and nuts if desired
- Mash bananas.
- Stir in oats.
- Add in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
