EASY CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE
These simple cake mix cookies are not only super festive Valentine’s Day Desserts because of the little red flecks in them, but any other time you need a quick treat to make at home.
In fact, my husband was craving these the other night. He ran to the store to get a cake mix and had fresh cookies whipped up in about 30 minutes. Talk about quick cookies.
My husband is not a huge baker, but he will always whip up a batch of these because they are so easy.
HOW TO MAKE CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Cake Mix Cookies are so popular for a good reason. All you need is to mix a few ingredients with a cake mix and you’ve got cookie dough ready to bake!
Simply mix up the ingredients and stir in a good heaping portion of chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into balls and bake at 350 degrees F for 8-9 minutes. Be careful not to over cook. You want them nice and soft!
- 1 box Cherry Chip cake mix
- chocolate chips

Turn a Cherry Chip cake mix into delicious and festive cookies!
- 1 Cherry Chip cake mix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes, depending on oven. Be careful not to over cook. The cookies will continue to set up after cooling.
Use a tablespoon to measure out the cookie dough. It makes the perfect size cookie!
