Marilyn's Frozen Fruit Salad

  • Yield: 16 cups 1x


  • 6 cups fresh peaches, chopped
  • 6 cups fresh pears, chopped (if you don't have pears, double the amount of peaches)
  • 1 2/3 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 lb. green grapes (or double the amount)
  • up to 2 cups sugar (I use 1 cup and it's plenty sweet)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice


  1. Mix all of the chopped fruit together and then pour sugar over top.
  2. Mix well, let sit for about 20 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Then add juices and stir well. Freeze in freezer-proof ziploc bags or freezer containers.
  4. To eat, defrost for just a few minutes. You still want it mostly chunky and frozen.
