MANGO SALSA INGREDIENTS
You'll only need 6 ingredients for this easy mango salsa recipe. All of them can be found at your local grocery store.
- 1 mango
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 anaheim pepper
- 2 Tbsp. red onion
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro
- ½ Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
This amount makes about 3 cups worth of salsa. Feel free to adjust the ratios to your preference.
HOW TO MAKE EASY MANGO SALSA
Mango salsa is not hard to make. In just 10 minutes, you'll have fresh salsa with mangoes and cilantro.
1. Dice the mango, tomatoes, pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
I use this amazing veggie chopper to chop the tomatoes and onions. This nifty veggie chopping tool will have the tomatoes and onions chopped in under 1 minute. I also love that the tomatoes and onions are uniform in size.
GET IT HERE:
2. Then throw all of the chopped veggies in a medium-sized bowl. Stir in salt and orange juice. Give everything a good mix. Chill in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
3. Grab your favorite tortilla chips and start dipping! (You'll probably want to eat the entire bowl.)

What to eat with mango salsa
There are lots of ways to eat this healthy mango salsa. The most popular way (and how we love to eat it) is by dipping our favorite multi-grain chips in it.
Fresh mango salsa also goes great on top of your favorite cooked fish like halibut or mahi-mahi.
